How do you ensure crimp quality?
Every crimping machine is equipped with CPC (Crimp Process Control) monitoring crimp height and force in real time — auto-shutdown on out-of-spec. Destructive pull testing is performed at the start of every shift. Crimp cross-section analysis reports are available with each shipment.
What temperature range can your harnesses withstand?
Standard products: -40°C to +125°C. Under-hood harnesses can handle up to +150°C (using XLPE/silicone insulation). Meets all US climate conditions from Alaskan deep freeze to Arizona desert heat.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Prototype from 50 pcs, production from 500 pcs. We understand new projects need flexible validation and support small-batch trial production.
Do you offer DDP shipping to the US?
Yes. We have established US customs clearance and logistics channels, supporting DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to your door. We can also ship from our US local warehouse for even shorter lead times.
What happens if there is a quality issue?
Every batch has complete lot traceability (raw material → process → inspection → shipment). Quality issues get a 24-hour response, 48-hour 8D report, and unconditional replacement or compensation once our responsibility is confirmed.
