How does your factory control the quality?

We are a medium sized factory, more than 15 quality people use CKP, PFMEA to manage our production process, we manufacture a large number of connectors, cables and wire harnesses for automotive, marine and industrial. All products are 100% tested before delivery.

Does the material have environmental risks?

We are an ISO14001 certified company, all our materials are RoHS 2.0 compliant, we select materials from big companies and always test them. our Products have been exported to Europe and North America for more than ten years, and we can provide COC if needed.

How to customize our products?

If you have drawings please send us, if no drawings please send us photos orsamples, then tell us your specifications. For thewire harness, we need to know the connector Type, wire gauge, wire length and wire diagram.

Can you provide OEM and ODM services?

Yes. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality connectors, cables and wire harnesses for more than 10 years, and we have aprofessional engineering team that warmly welcomes OEM and ODM projects.

Can samples be provided for testing?

After the price is confirmed, you can ask for samples to test the performance. Most samples are available for free (depending on the type and quantity), but you are always required to pay for shipping.

What is your lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on order quantity and product complexity. Normal lead time is 3-6 weeks.

Are there any guarantees for your products?

We manufacture long life, durable products for the industry, wire harnesses, always with a 5 year warranty, and we offer connectors and cables with a 5-10 year warranty. This is the longest warranty period in our industry and only we can give our customers this promise.
